AND, NOW…? Leading change in a turbulent world We live in interesting times… So interesting that many would prefer to change epochs… The familiar disappears quickly and the new resembles more to a chaos than to a new order. The frame and the language we used to think about the past, the present and the future fade rapidly. We are challenged by an increasingly uncertain, unpredictable, and disturbed world. Not surprisingly, and increasingly too often, we feel helpless and losing grip. In the midst of these new realities, we search for meaning and direction for ourselves and for the people and the organisations we lead and question ourselves: And, now…? Where do we go now? How can we find a way, a new ground, a gravity in a world that seems turned…
