The familiar disappears quickly and the new resembles more to a chaos than to a new order. The frame and the language we used to think about the past, the present and the future fade rapidly. We are challenged by an increasingly uncertain, unpredictable, and disturbed world. Not surprisingly, and increasingly too often, we feel helpless and losing grip.
In the midst of these new realities, we search for meaning and direction for ourselves and for the people and the organisations we lead and question ourselves:

This is why we have created “And, now…? Leading change in a turbulent world”, a labor of a lifetime, the fruit of thirsty learning and varied experiences, intended to accompany those who are looking for meaning in what they are going through and who aspire to a better future.

This session engages your attention, brainpower, intuition, experiences, and dreams into exploration of your present and your future to chart new roads and to write the next chapter of your life and this of your organisation.
